Victoria Nneka Mimi Chenge

Victoria Nneka Mimi Chenge is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in HR and Operations. Known for her expertise in building effective teams and fostering a positive workplace culture, Victoria has made significant contributions to various organizations throughout her career.

Victoria grew up with a keen interest in human behavior and organizational dynamics. This propelled her to pursue a Higher National Diploma in Food Science Technology from the Federal Polytechnic Idah, a graduate Diploma in Administration from Nassarawa State University, Master in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Nassarawa State University, Keffi. Driven by a desire to deepen her knowledge and make an impact at strategic levels, Victoria went further to earn another Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Unicaf University, Zambia.

Victoria started her career as a contract staff in a USAID-funded project (BASICS II], Kano Field Office, where she quickly learned and broadened her knowledge in Operations and in the development sector. Over the years, Victoria worked in several International organizations in different capacities in the areas of Administration, Logistics, Human Resources, procurement, and Operations. She made valuable contributions in her roles at Partners for Development (PFD), WaterAid, Christian Aid, and PLAN International. She played major roles in systems strengthening and development, mentoring and coaching, and policy development.

Victoria’s leadership has been marked by her focus on creating inclusive and supportive work environments. At Christian Aid, she spearheaded diversity and inclusion initiatives that resulted in a more equitable workplace and improved employee morale. Her work in developing and implementing development strategies has been recognized for its positive impact on workforce productivity and well-being. Victoria is dedicated to continuous learning and professional development.

Outside of her professional life, Victoria is passionate about learning and family. She enjoys opportunities to reflect and relax.
